Easy Peanut Butter Flapjack

These gluten free natural peanut butter flapjacks are seriously delicious. Peanut butter and maple syrup is such a popular and delicious combination. This recipe only contains 3 ingredients and makes approximately 8 bars.

125g crunchy peanut butter (1/2 cup)
110g maple syrup (1/4 cup + 2 tbsp)
125g porridge oats (1 ½ cups)

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Mix the peanut butter and maple syrup together in a large bowl.
Add the oats and mix again.
Pour/spoon your mixture into a lined tin and press down (this is easiest to do by hand).
Bake for 15 minutes, until they’re golden on top.

Take out and leave to cool for 10 minutes.

Then enjoy!
